The document guide

You bring the details.
We help with the next step.

You do not need to know every stage before contacting us. These five details give us a useful starting point for reviewing your request.

  1. The document

What is it, and where was it issued?

Give the document type and issuing state, institution or authority. Mention any authentication already completed.

  2. The destination

    Where will it be used?

Tell us the country where the document is required. This may be different from your current location or delivery address.

  3. The recipient

    Who has asked for it?

Name the university, employer, authority or other organisation, if known. Its written instructions are useful for reviewing the request.

  4. The requirements

    What exactly did they request?

Include the wording about authentication, translation, certification or copies. You can quote the relevant instructions without sending personal document scans.

  5. The practical details

When and where do you need it?

Include your deadline and delivery country. For a translation, add the language pair and page count. For notarisation, tell us your location and availability in India.

A country is only part of the answer

Same destination.
Different requirements.

Two organisations in the same country can request different supporting documents or translation formats. The recipient’s own instructions matter alongside the destination.

A destination selection is a starting point for review. It does not automatically determine whether an apostille, attestation or a particular form of translation is needed.

An apostille authenticates a document’s origin. It does not certify the truth of its contents or guarantee acceptance by the receiving organisation.

Original, copy or digital record?

The route decides
what you provide.

Some routes need originals or eligible certified copies. Official digital routes are available only for eligible records. We confirm what applies before asking you to send documents.

Notarisation is available within India only and may require original identification and personal attendance.
