Scope is confirmed in writing

Before proceeding, the written quote confirms the services, eligibility, required documents, included stages, third-party fees, extra work and delivery arrangements. We are not currently GST registered and do not add GST to our service charges. Prices on the site apply only to the stated standard scopes; additional authentication and embassy stages may change the total.

Authority and recipient requirements

iloveapostille provides private assistance. Apostilles and official attestations are issued by the relevant authorities. Translation requirements and final acceptance rest with the receiving authority or organisation. You should provide its exact instructions and accurate document information.

Notarisation within India

Notarial acts are performed in India by a practising notary. The notary may require original identification and personal attendance. International delivery does not include notarisation in another country or establish eligibility for remote notarisation.

Originals and delivery

Do not send originals until the required route and delivery instructions are agreed. Courier availability, charges and estimated transit times are confirmed for the destination address. Authority processing and courier transit can be affected by additional checks or other delays.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Any cancellation or refund terms, including treatment of authority fees and already-started work, must be included in the written service agreement before payment. This enquiry website does not charge a cancellation fee or process refunds.

Questions or corrections

Use the enquiry form to ask questions or correct the details you supplied. Include your enquiry reference in the message so your request can be matched to the original record.

Travel insurance enquiries and policies

Travel insurance is a separate arrangement with the relevant insurer. Submitting a website enquiry does not purchase a policy, activate cover or confirm eligibility. No insurance premium is collected through this enquiry website.

The insurer must confirm the available policy, premium, coverage, limits, exclusions and eligibility before purchase. Any benefit mentioned on this website is an area to discuss, not a promise that every policy includes it. A policy’s suitability for a particular visa or trip must also be checked against the applicable requirements.

Policy cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed with the insurer under the applicable policy documents. They are separate from cancellation or refund terms for document-assistance work. An enquiry or assistance with arrangements does not guarantee a claim will be accepted.
