Privacy, explained.

Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, requested service, document type, issuing state or authority, country of use, delivery country, optional deadline, message and your consent to receive a response. A reference, submission key and timestamp are created when the enquiry is saved. Please do not include identity numbers or complete document scans.

How it is used

Your information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, prepare a checklist or quote, and handle related privacy requests. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to promotional emails.

Storage and access

Enquiry records are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database through its hosting service. Personal enquiry records are not displayed on public pages or made available through a public lookup endpoint. Access to the owner inbox requires an authorised account. Hosting providers also process requests and technical information needed to operate the site. Once email alerts are activated, Resend processes the enquiry details and customer email address to send an alert to our service operator. Your address is used as the reply address so the operator can respond directly; this does not subscribe you to marketing.

Cookies and external services

This site does not add advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Its hosting platform may use cookies for access and sign-in. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts and may receive your IP address and browser request information when those fonts load. External guidance links have their own privacy policies.

Retention and privacy requests

Enquiry records remain stored until the service operator deletes them. To request access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form, choose Privacy request and provide the email and reference associated with your original enquiry. Do not submit additional identity documents in that form. Identity may need to be checked before a request is fulfilled.

Documents and later service arrangements

This initial enquiry form does not accept document uploads or collect payment details. If you proceed with a service, the arrangements for providing originals, sharing documents with the relevant notary, translator, authority or courier, and retaining service records will be explained before you send documents.

Travel insurance enquiries

If you enquire about travel insurance, your message may include the trip dates, destination, purpose of travel and other basic trip details you choose to provide. That message is handled under the same storage, access, use and retention arrangements described above. Please do not include medical records, medical history, identity numbers or document scans. This form does not accept uploads.

An enquiry does not purchase an insurance policy. If you proceed with an insurance arrangement, the relevant insurer’s information requirements and the arrangements for sharing any additional personal information will need to be explained before you provide it.
